Q>안면제모, 남성 턱수염 레이저 제모는 어떤 주기로, 몇회정도 시술 받아야 하나요? For facial hair removal—specifically laser hair removal for men's beards—what is the treatment schedule, and how many sessions are typically required?

A>젠틀맥스 Pro 레이저 시술은 평균 한 달 주기로 시술하며, 안면 제모의 경우는 평균 5회, 턱수염의 경우 평균 7회 이상의 시술이 필요할 수 있습니다. 털의 굵기, 털의 분포 면적 등에 따라 사람마다 권장되는 횟수에는 조금씩 차이가 나게 됩니다.

GentleMax Pro laser treatments are typically performed at one-month intervals; on average, five sessions may be required for facial hair removal, while beard removal often requires ten or more sessions. The recommended number of treatments varies slightly from person to person depending on factors such as hair thickness and the area of ​​coverage.

Q>젠틀맥스 Pro 레이저로 제모 시술을 할 경우 통증이 있나요? Is there any pain during hair removal treatment with the GentleMax Pro laser?

A>남성 턱수염의 경우 일반적으로 털의 굵고 빽빽한 경우가 많으므로 시술할 때 통증이 있어 30분여정도 마취연고를 바른 후 시술하게 됩니다. 그외 부위의 안면 솜털의 경우에는 통증이 심하지는 않아 안면 제모의 경우는 마취연고 바르지 않고 제모 시술을 받으시는 분도 있습니다. Since men's facial hair—particularly in the beard area—is generally thick and dense, the procedure can be painful; therefore, anesthetic cream is applied for about 30 minutes beforehand. In contrast, for fine facial hair in other areas, the pain is minimal, so some individuals undergo facial hair removal without the use of anesthetic cream.

Q>레이저 제모 직후에 표시가 나나요? Is there any visible mark immediately after laser hair removal?

A>시술 직후 표시는 나지 않으며, 다만 시술 다음날 시술 받은 부위에 여드름 같이 빨갛게 올라오는 모낭염이 생길 수는 있습니다. 모낭염이 올라오는 경우 가라앉히는 약물처방을 해드리고 있습니다. There are no visible signs immediately after the procedure; however, by the following day, red, acne-like bumps caused by folliculitis may appear in the treated area. If folliculitis develops, I prescribe medication to help clear it up.

A>털이 굵고 많아서 면도후 모낭염이나 상처, 색소침착이 잘 생기는 분들, 바쁜 아침 매일 쉐이빙하는 번거로움을 덜고 싶은 분들의 경우 레이저 제모 시술을 많이 받고 있습니다. 남성분들의 경우 여성분들에 비해 턱수염이 굵고 빽빽하여 레이저 제모 시술 후 털이 덜 올라오게 되면서 칙칙하던 얼굴이 한층 환하고 깨끗해 보이는 효과도 있습니다.
