안녕하세요 대구 반월당 로제피부과의원 중앙점 김은진 원장입니다. 오늘은 본원에서 모공, 여드름 흉터를 포함한 다양한 흉터 치료를 위해 사용하고 있는 FOTONA社의 스타워커(Starwalker) MaQX 레이저를 사용한 피코프락셀 시술 후 주의사항에 대해 알려드리도록 하겠습니다. Hi, how are you? Today, I would like to explain the aftercare insrtuctions following Pico Fraxel treatment.

피코프락셀 시술 후 얼굴에 미세한 가피가 생기며, 이는 정상정인 회복 과정으로 보통 수일 내에 사라집니다. ​​피부타입, 시술의 강도에 따라 차이가 날 수는 있겠지만, 일반적으로 시술 후 일주일 정도 뒤에는 표시가 거의 나지 않아 일상생활이 가능합니다.Tiny scabs develop on the treated areas of the face after Pico Fraxel treatmenet. This is a normal part of the healing process and usually resolves within several days. Although there may be differences depending on the skin type and the intensity of the treatment, in general, there is almost no mark after about a week after the procedure.

시술은 마취연고 30분여정도 도포후 진행하게 되며, 시술 후에는 열감으로 인해 얼굴이 다소 화끈거리므로 시술후 하루 정도는 얼음팩을 이용하여 냉찜질을 해주세요. The procedure is performed after applying the anesthetic cream for about 30 minutes. After the procedure, the face becomes slightly hot due to the heat, so it is recommended to apply a cold compress using an ice pack for at least one day after the procedure.

​시술당일 및 시술후1, 2일까지는 비누(폼클렌징 등의 세안제)를 사용하지 않고 물세안만 해주시고 시술후 2-3일후부터는 세안제를 사용한 세안이 가능합니다(시술당일날 비누세안을 하면 얼굴이 따가울수 있습니다). 따라서 물세안만 가능한 시기에는 메이크업은 피해주시고 썬크림과 같이 바르는 자외선 차단제가 아닌 마스크착용, 챙이넓은모자착용 등 물리적인 방법으로 자외선을 차단해주세요(민감성 피부의 경우에는 시술후 7일여정도는 물리적으로 자외선 차단을 해주시고 7일 후부터 원래 사용하시던 썬크림을 발라주시면 좋습니다).On the day of the procedure - up to 1 and 2 days after the procedure, do not use soap (cleansing agents such as foam cleansing) and only wash with water. If you wash your face with soap on the day of the procedure, your face may sting. Therefore, avoid makeup when you can only wash with water, and block UV rays in a physical way such as wearing a mask or a wide-brimmed hat rather than using a sunscreen formula. For sensitive skin, it is recommended to physically block UV rays for about 7 days after the procedure, and apply sunscreen after 7 days.

시술후 일주일여 정도는 사우나, 수영, 음주 등은 피해주시는 것이 좋습니다. It is recommended to avoid sauna, swimming, and drinking for about 7 days after the procedure.

또한 시술 후 피부당김, 피부건조함 등의 증상이 발생가능하므로 재생연고와 같은 보습제를 꼼꼼히 발라주실것을 권장드립니다. In addition, since symptoms such as skin tightness and dry skin may occur after the procedure, it is recommended to apply a moisturizing agent such as a regenerating ointment thoroughly.
